I exclusively accept PayPal for all purchases. After ​placing your order, you will receive an invoice via ​PayPal sent to the email address you provide.

  • Payments must be made through PayPal ​using the invoice sent.
  • The invoice will include the total amount due, ​including any applicable shipping fees.
  • Your order will only be processed and shipped ​after the payment is confirmed.
  • Payment must be completed within 48 hours, ​or your order may be canceled.

Standard International Shipping

Delivery to the USA and North America typically ​takes 7-10 business days, with a tracking number ​provided.

Note: weekends are not included in the ​estimated delivery times. Occasionally, delays ​may occur due to customs clearance or other ​unforeseen circumstances.


Customs and Duties

Import duties, taxes, and any additional charges ​are not included in the item price or shipping ​cost, and you are responsible for these charges. ​Generally, if the total value of your package is ​under $800, it may be exempt from duties and ​taxes for personal use. However, strongly ​recommend checking with your local customs ​office or the U.S. Customs and Border Protection ​(CBP) for the most accurate information ​regarding your purchases.


Quality Check

I carefully inspect every product before shipping ​and provide a picture to confirm that your item ​has left in perfect condition.


Damaged or Lost

In the unlikely event that your product is ​damaged or lost during shipping, I kindly ask you ​to contact the shipping carrier and file a claim. ​Once the package leaves my hands, it’s beyond ​my control, but I’m here to assist you with any ​necessary documentation.


Wrong Shipping Address

If you accidentally provide an incorrect or ​incomplete shipping address, I regret to inform ​you that I will not be held responsible for ​replacing the order or issuing a refund for ​packages sent to the wrong address. If your ​order is processing or has shipped, I won’t be ​able to change the address. In this case, you ​will be responsible for any additional shipping ​charges, so please double-check that your ​address is correct!

return and refund

You’re welcome to request a return within 14 ​days of receiving your order. Once you do, the ​item must be sent back within 7 days. To start ​the return, email hello@nocrispydays.com with ​your name and the item you’d like to return. While ​I am unable to accomodate exchanges at this ​time, you can return the item and place a new ​order.

Note: original shipping charges are non-​refundable, and you will be responsible to send ​the item back and shipping costs.


Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the ​same condition you received them, unopened in ​their original packaging with inserts (including ​booklets) along with your name and email ​address. To ensure the hygiene and safety of all ​customers, each product comes with a tamper-​evident sticker.

Note: once the sticker is removed, I won’t be ​able to accept your return.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once I receive and inspect your returned items, I’ll ​notify you via email regarding the status of your ​return. If your return is approved, the refund will ​be processed automatically to your original ​payment method.

Note: it may take some time for your bank or ​credit card company to process and post the ​refund to your account.
